This Refund Policy governs the purchase of tickets through the BICS Ticket Store, operated by Borehamwood Indian Cultural Society (BICS).
1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of live events and limited capacity, we operate a strict no-refund policy. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances, except as specifically outlined below.
2. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets are strictly non-transferable. You cannot resell, give away, or transfer your ticket to another individual. The name registered at checkout must match the attendee presenting the ticket at the gate.
3. Event Cancellation or Major Alteration
In the rare event that we must entirely cancel the event:
- We will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
- You will be offered a full refund of the ticket face value.
- Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method used during checkout via Stripe.
If the event is rescheduled:
- Your original tickets will remain valid for the new date.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund, provided you notify us within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We do not offer refunds for personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel delays, inability to attend).
